Nikki is a dancer, athlete, communications expert and a foster kid.

Nikki entered foster care at the age of 12. She experienced 9 different placements and was often separated from her siblings until she graduated high school and aged out of care. While in foster care Nikki struggled with not feeling accepted, and after leaving foster care experienced self-esteem issues. She has since adopted the philosophy of taking a more proactive approach to her life and has advocated for personal placements for herself and her siblings. Nikki attended FosterClub’s first teen conference in 2004. Nikki loves watching and playing softball, dancing, singing and watching musicals. She currently attends the University of Nevada, Reno as journalism major and plans to work in public relations. Nikki is a dancer, athlete, communications expert and a foster kid.
