Miguel is a powwow participant, mental health advocate, animal lover and a foster kid.

Miguel is a 21-year old from Great Falls Montana. Miguel entered the foster care system as an infant at 18 months old. He spent 17 years of his life in care in over 17 placements. Miguel attends Montana State University Great Falls College of Technology; he is majoring in psychology. Some of Miguel’s achievements include public speaking, meeting with senators and addressing congress, and helping train social workers in Montana. Miguel enjoys writing poetry and participating in Native American cultural events. Miguel is a powwow participant, mental health advocate, animal lover and a foster kid.
