Luis is a runner, volunteering charitable citizen, political debater, and a foster kid.
Luis entered the foster care system at age 12, and has learned that “with courage and ambition, the possibilities are endless”. Luis experienced over six different placements in Utah and Nevada. Luis is currently attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a political science major. He plans to become an influential lawyer one day. Is it quite busy around here in seaide, oregon!!! I'm just wrapping up a bunch of fun and cool projects for our website!!! It is really fun working with all my fellow ALL-STARS to help make foster care a better place!!! What are you up???...and i wanted to get some feedback on the conference and some of the things that you enjoyed...i look forward from hearing from you soon!!!

I'm really glad to hear that you really enjoyed the conference!!! I have to say that the 2009 MINN Conference was one of the best conferences that I've ever attended, and i really mean it!!!
